REQUIREMENTS:

-a Mic for communication
-16 years or older
-some skill and understanding to the game
-IF YOU NEED TRAINING then please let us know

it's a bit late for recruiting. The game will be disconnected any day now. Then, we don't know if the majority of people will use the patch that Eyes created or not. Too much uncertainty. By the way, there have been millions of clans in this community, and most of them have passed because the game is old. If I were you, just play the game while it lasts. Clans are not so big as they used to be in swbf2.
