the server a new hope shows up but none of the other swgo servers appear and my search all regions is on

When I try to go from singleplayer to multiplayer on my steam version of the game, swbf2 locks up and has to be restarted each time. ideas?

I'd be willing to bet that it's because you haven't downloaded FreeGST patch yet? The game freezes up if it cannot connect to the master server. If you're using the old GameSpy exe, then yes it will cause it to freeze for a somewhat brief amount of time, since it has been shut down last Friday.

What about the servers, are we going to get some running!!?? 
... I really miss this game, is the only one I play... I have Battlefield 4 and 3 and I still like more SWB 2!!!!!

I'am having issues installing the FreeGST patch. Everytime i click on it to install it says 'The Program can't start because binkw32.dll is missing from your computer.' anyone know what i should do?

Yeah, I've looked today, and there are about eight servers, and SWGO isn't one of them. Is it up yet, and I'm doing something wrong, or...?

That's not an installer. It's a replacement for the main game EXE, and needs to be put directly into your SWBF2 folder (make a backup first!).
This is covered in the readme in the FreeGST thread. However, it could use a rewrite to be more clear to... "non-technical" users.
