Another "No Force Server" discussion

I spent a good solid hour monitoring the "No Force" server the other day and I just gotta say... "What's the point"? There are constantly trouble makers on there. I would expect nothing less as the game is trying to be played in a way in which it was not designed. If team killing was supposed to be allowed, there would be a "Free For All" mode of gameplay. If there was supposed to be "No Force", there would be a "No Force" mode of game play. You want one-on-one duels, there would be a duel mode that had a count down clock instead of having to jump to indicate you are ready and it would be impossible to interfere in other duels.
I understand that this ISN'T part of the game but people still desire to play that way.... ultimately, just seems like a whole lot of trying to ice skate uphill.
In addition... this is not an attack on any single person or their gaming desire... it is just that I am a "Type A" personality and Type A personalities are very rigid and methodical when it comes to rules. When I see someone using a well-oiled machine in a way which it was not intended... and questioning why it isn't working, I find it frustrating. Ultimately, I guess the purpose of this post is to see how those of you that frequent the FFA No Force server deal with the constant trouble makers without wanting to pull your hair out?
