We now have test Hero Assault servers up in Virginia and Dallas, TX.
Check them out, see how you ping, and report back in this thread.

My ping on the Dallas server is around 200. That's only due to my location though, and it's still better than the old host. I might go there if I ever want to whine about lagging again . My ping on the "new" HA is between 140 and 180 at all times, making it the least laggy server for swbf2 in the US for me.
