What good is being dictator if you don't control the purse strings?

If we get enough donations, I'll form a 501c3 and we can appoint a board of directors

(Saying it twice can not hurt)

But just so we're all clear on this point....for emphasis: we will be selecting very good beer BEFORE we act on the impulse to consider the required planning effort and apply any organizational wizardry to begin the selection process of the potential candidates who if circumstances dictate may without regard for the feelings of their closest friends, yay, competitors, compete vigorously for the possible privelege of an unlikely and still unproven necessity to make forward progress on the lightly hinted expression for the desire of electing a person who if retains a majority of the legal votes cast may become...contingent on the will of the affected community but if so deemed, our Treasurer...HOWEVER!...the beer must be of the finest quality AND properly identified and agreed to before more can be said on this topic.
Did anyone see which way that guy went?
