Well I have to be honest, I assumed the website generated enough income to at least break even and that donations just helped to get higher quality servers. I honestly know less than nothing as far as how this all works. I'll shoot you a pm MC because I don't have any "internet" money.

I believe that the website is provided by a separate company that allows people to create forums and message boards. That company can sell ad space, and no SWGO doesn't get a % of it. The donations are for the game servers that we all use.

ummm it sounds mostly right. But I think it is still possible to sell add space but I don't know how that works. I guess chicago can shedd some light on this?
