well you can make a server that is run out of your game but it will turn off as soon as you turn ure game off to kick someone in that game just start a vote to kick and it will auto kick
to get a server with admin and everything u need some money matt probobly knows more about this part than i do...

You can create a server in the "Create" tab in the Multiplayer section. As warwick said, this will only stay up as long as you're online.

To manage your server, type "/admin /players" which will return a list of all players in the server, and their numbers. Then type "/admin /boot [player_num]", filling in the number of the player you wish to boot. To ban, do the above, only with "/ban" rather than "/boot".
