If you are asking how to get rid of it... go hack at the spinning wook with a maul.

hit the wookie untill it falls off. It's faster with Maul

KOko is correct, most of those glitches can be easily removed with Back-Slash.
However, I prefer removing the Wookie glitch without Back-Slash but facing forward and slashing it (gives me a better view of the situation). I usually face down and a bit to the right while attacking the Wookie. Usually the Wookie falls before the combo ends. Also, the Wookie falls most often when maul does the kick followed with a sideways slash (from right to left).
