Getting rid of mods

Postby SWINE FLU » Sun Nov 28, 2010 6:37 pm

I've recently been trying to get rid of mods on my SWBF2 game. I'm having trouble uninstalling a mod named :
Battlefront Zero 5.0 http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.co ... ero;116086

When I reinstall the game, it stays on there. When I delete all my mod files, it stays on there. When I delete my whole SWBF2 folder, it stays on there.

Do you guys have any tips?

Uninstall, delete anything left in the game folder except for your profiles and saves, then reinstall.

I had the same problem with an earlier version of BF0.

Make sure to check the Documents and Settings/yourusername/Application Data folder for any Battlefront II related files. I believe this is the /Users/yourusername/AppData/Roaming directory on a Vista~7 PC

If all else fails.....format your hard drive and re-install Windows (this statement is "somewhat" sarcastic... but somewhat serious too)
