HA Hero Spawn Bug

Hey theres an HA Hero Spawn bug right now and Admin seems to be a bot. So no one can fix it. Thanks!

The spawn bug can also be removed without an admin.
The ENTIRE team must avoid trying to spawn for a few seconds and the bug will be removed.
Unfortunately... the likelihood of everyone cooperating is slim, so fixing it this way is very inefficient.

I got it a few minutes in, sucks when that happens.
