Our clan's server would like to have the map-request mod, however
I can't find it, does anyone have a link or website that has it?

Not sure which mod you're talking about - if there's one that actually lets players choose maps, I've never used it.
There is "battle arena" which lets players choose the configuration of a map once you're on it.
I can post that one if you'd like.
