Game Crashing

When ever a round ends for me, the game freezes up and the disconnection symbol keeps flashing and then the game crashes, any help?

Server issue...Matt may need to do a SM reboot. Does your RM indicate that the server is freezing up? I'm coming in shortly. I'm in CA for a few days. Just got to the hotel. So may be connection limited.

No wd this is a personal game issue, not the server.

As a modder, my first reaction is to ask:
Does this happen on singleplayer as well?
