Hey guys,
So I have a Dell wireless mouse Image and after 5 years of service, the left button doesn't work well anymore. Sometimes it clicks when it's not supposed to, and sometimes it doesn't click when it is supposed to. I'll probably have to buy a new one but before I do, does anyone have any tricks to fix this, including taking it apart and replacing the spring or sensor or whatever's not working?
Thanks

Since it's 5 years old, and certainly not returnable..what have you got to lose? I say, take the bottom screws out, open it up, and look at the switch that that left mouse click pad touches when pressed. May be sticking due to some spooge or other debris. Wipe it off as well as the plastic part that touches the switch inside the mouse. If there's any other foreign crap in there, remove it too. May save you $40+ toward a decent gaming mouse.

Those are actually weights to balance the mouse to your personal preferance.
