Well maybe you could go and get an upgrade to at least get you to medium settings.

@Swine, I think you will be able to set the Graphics settings to High, maybe some effects will have to be on Medium, but mostly on High.

If the airflow is not blocked, and effectively moving, the temperature should be no problem with the above GPU. There are 2-3 fan is sufficient.
