How do I post a picture?

I need help posting pictures I have xfire and I know how to take the pics but I don't know how to post them. I need to report but I can't figure out how to post the picture. Can some one help me?

1. Right click on the image, to copy image location.
2. Paste it into your post
3. Highlight it and click the insert image icon in the top bar

wherever you have the image stored. if it's already online then just right click it, if it's on your computer, use an image sharing site, like imgur to upload it
