Is there a way to play the game without having to have the cd in my computer at all (apart from downloading a 3rd party no cd crack)? Thanks! :th_a017:

Yes, it's possible to play without using the CD.

-Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\
-Create shortcut on desktop using the BattlefrontII.exe
-You can play the game without using the cd now

Also, if you add -nointro (when right clicking the shortcut) to the end of "C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\BattlefrontII.exe" (after the quotes) in the Target field, it will get rid of the game's intro at the beginning.

Stupid people being the ones who don't ask the stupid questions, as one of my professors put it.

Here's one way to do it...

Create an ISO image of the original battlefront disc, then mount it as a virtual drive

This essentially tricks the computer into thinking you have the CD in, when you really don't...

This might work, but it might fail if the comp asks for the original CD...

Good luck!
