Keep getting Signal Disconnect icon

Guys-

I've been getting massive, and I mean massive Signal Disconnect during game play...a lot. Not just the lag, but a Signal Disconnect icon in the lower right corner associated with freezing, slow down or the avatar zipping all over. I have Verizon FIOS, and on occasion my kids or wife are skyping. But it happens when they aren't even at home. Not sure why it's going on. Here's a speed test:

Any ideas how to speed it up?

I suspect the host. My performance since the host change has been equally horrible. I have more lag now than I think I've ever had. And I rarely complained about it since we switched from WGO till now.

I have seen a lot of people complaining about lag on the servers. It is making them warp and slowing them down in-game however this is normal to me so the odds are now a little more even in terms of responsiveness
