Controller drift

I use a PS3 controller and the MotionJoy DS3 program. I'm not sure what happened but I had to reload DS3 on my laptop last weekend and ever since my controller has been drifting to the right and down. Sometimes it's worse than others and if I hit "t" to chat or "esc" it'll stop. As soon as I resume play though it starts again. I went through this before and got it fixed, but I can't remember what I did to fix it. Any thoughts? Here's a pic of what I use....

When I had that problem it was an order of activation thing... can't remember what was what, but it made a difference if I powered the controller on sooner or later

This sucks. I can't get this figured out.

Yeah, if I don't get the order of events right, it won't operate. I can get into the settings, I just can't figure out what to do. I messed with it last weekend and made it worse and had to go back to defaults. Thanks anyway. [m'kay] damn it. :grrr:

Had to use it as a PS2 controller and NOT a PS3 controller. Apparently the drift was being cause by the angle at which I held the controller. I may be able to play Leia again!!

Son, I'm going to shoot my Wookie Rocket straight up your butt!! :1402:
