Math Issue

A player named Kyle is trying to set up an account here. He can't because he can't get past the math problem on the setup (assuming he can add lols).

Any ideas on what to do?

what happened to me was, the question was something like 4+2. so, i answered 6 (duh). it didn't count it as right. i tried 6 again; failure. then, i just tried using one of the numbers [in the problem] as the answer; i think 2 solved it for me, or maybe it was 4....tell Kyle to try a different answer (like 2 or 4).

Hey, it's Kyle, I managed to successfully make an account. But my problem is this, I've been banned for JBA and NYC for some time now for bad language. I was wanting to apologize and perhaps have my ban lifted just so I get a second chance. If anyone here is in charge of this tech support, please reply.
