If I wanted to run battlefront with steam on my mac through a wine wrapper, would it be possible?

edit: so, it apparently is possible. after following this video, I managed to get the PC version of Steam on mac using wineskin. However, I'm stuck at the online part, I have the Steam CD-key running alright, but whenever I try to join a server I get a connection to host lost. Any thoughts?

I believe that multiplayer does not work in wine, it just sits there at the map loading screen forever and times out.

Mac's are nothing but Apple branded x86 pc's these days. Get a cheap copy of Windows and dual boot, and problem solved.
