Vague and open to misinterpretation, this rule leads to excessive drama, augments cases of unlawful vengeance, and places admins on the spot (as it is often difficult for them to confirm the veracity of player claims).

this is my rule of thumb for ks:
if the enemy are unable to move due to choke or have been knocked down by a saber or push/pull then i leave them for whoever immobilized
if the enemy are still standing i go in and take them out even if someone is fighting them because it isn't killstealing if they haven't got a guaranteed kill

TK:
if they get in my way or try to ks then that is their fault
if im going for a kill and my hit accidently hits my teammate in the process i apologize and say it was accidental
the odd times where i've tked when attempting a ks i just admit that its completely my fault because i shouldnt have attempted to ks

... Really, you act as if this game is your life. Do you ever do ANYTHING else? And COME ON Don't back talk, complian, or whatever, just don't talk. Then your anoying teammates will get bored becaue all they want IS FOR YOU TO GET MAD. Really, a simple apology when you KS, TP, whatever will go a long way, and being polite when someone else does it to you may also go a long way. Try listening to you fave songs in the background or something, really thats what I HAVE to do, to stop from getting too mad. And we all know your not that
