I love this server, but it needs more variety

Hi im MASTER IJO and im a frequent player on JBA. Its a great server, but ive notice a few things that need fixing. The biggest one by far is that the maps are the same over and over and over. I know some people who have memorized the map order, which most people cant do unless it is a small one.
First off, INCLUDE ALL THE MAPS. Dagobah, Yavin, Felucia, and all but one of the space maps are excluded in the playlist. I understand that these maps are not all as popular as say Geonosis or Tantive VI but they should still be included in the rotation.
2nd, change up the games modes. The games modes are always the same. Ive never played a ctf mode on Geonosis or Hoth on this server, nor have I played hunt on Naboo or Endor (let alone played endor on this server at all) One of my favorite map/mode combonations is ctf on hoth, altohugh I havent gotten to play it at all lately
3rd and Final, include hunt. Im not saying have hunt every other map just saying that hunt greatly increase variety in this game seeing as you play as the same classes for most of the game.
To all fourm members and or SWGO personel, this is not a bash against the SWGO servers or there admins, just mere contstructive critism for my favorite SWBF2 server.

I can see what you mean. Having a little variety can be good for players. Although I dont think hunt is a very popular mode, I dont think most people want to be a gungan or ewok midget against CIS and Emps. Maybe 1 or 2 maps. I also think some more Space maps is good, but not too many. Some different maps might be good for our Server.

You make a valid point Master IJO.

Unfortunately, some maps should not be used since they tend to have bugs or favor a certain side. kashyyyk is a prime example: On one of the huts one can snipe and have no worries of being shot. Since there is an invisible wall/bug that prevents shots from hitting you but enables you to shot. This gives an unfavorable advantage to a team and discourages players.

Changing games modes would be good. Maybe having an XL battle... wishful thinking.

Unfortunately you can't have an XL game online without mods. Not sure how difficult such modding would be, however (not an expert on the server-side stuff).

I dont know what the current rotation is, but I assume nothing has changed since I was ingame...
JBA has been #1 for like ever. While its true you cant please all the people all the time, this rotation has proven to be most popular.
Personally, I was always down to throw in a hunt or ctf once in a while but they bring our numbers down when left in the rotation.
Is the general order of the maps never getting changed either? Thats something easily rectified and it brings some semblance of variety

IJO, I've been thinking that a couple additional maps to start 'would' be a good idea. Perhaps the Admins can knock their heads together and get Matt to weigh in. I'll throw it out to them. We'll see what they say.

I think that more gradual changes and testing of maps and modes would be best.
Add a map here, change a mode there. See what people like.

Need to balance the popularity of the current rotation with the need for freshening things up. I do miss some maps not in the current rotation, but I don't play as often as many others.
