I love this server, but it needs more variety

It's usually a /fail when having a universal server. You cannot have a server full of different maps/modes that people may or may not like. There should be specific servers that contain a good variety of maps and modes. There should not be 1 server that plays basically everything.

I think that more gradual changes and testing of maps and modes would be best.
Add a map here, change a mode there. See what people like.

I completely agree. i dont think putting a yavin map up every 5 maps will help improve, just minopr sublte changes to the order and modes/maps would be good

IJO, I've been thinking that a couple additional maps to start 'would' be a good idea. Perhaps the Admins can knock their heads together and get Matt to weigh in. I'll throw it out to them. We'll see what they say.

Here's a suggestion: how about a "map of the month" rotation, where a single new map is inserted monthly at the beginning of the rotation? That way it doesn't get old, is allowed to pass out if some don't like it, and we all get a fair amount of time to evaluate if players like it or not?

yeah maybe they are there because people like them, so what. We need to add in diffrent types of maps every once and a while, to please the people who do like those types of maps. So just add in some CTF, some more space, and a little bit of hunt.
