Postby bothan007 » Tue Jul 06, 2010 1:29 am

i have a g5 and i ordered her a 518 off ebay. its open box so we'll have to test it out. They are very similar except the 518 is optical where the g5 is laser. what do you guys think?

For conquest I think any mouse will do.
For Hero, at least for me, I need lots of buttons. With my mouse I want to be able to attack, block, force, change force powers, jump, crouch, and roll.
Politeness is a discipline that compels respectful behavior. Morality is like a politeness of the soul, an etiquette of the inner life, a code of duties, a ceremonial of the essential.

thanks, both of our mice have two main buttons, wheel, and two side buttons. I know mine has a tilt wheel, not sure about hers... I'm sure we'll be fine. I just don't want any excuses from her when I'm kicking her butt!

She refuses to join the same clan as me, she says she's a natural at video games and she thinks she's gunna own me off the bat... hahaha

I think I may enjoy handing out a beating there.

My mouse is standard track ball, no adjustments to sensitivity. I have never adjusted anything on this game and do just fine.

if i buy a gaming mouse its going to be razer mamba with 5600DPI and only has two extra buttons which is perfect for me.
i prefer doing roll jump switch powers etc on the keyboard.
i would use two extra buttons, one would be a macro for the 180 antifall and another would be for intentional lag run (when playing hereos) and when playing conquest they would be detpack glitch and the other would be for a combo like wookie bowcastershot then instant switch and to nade launcher and fire
