Yes, I know, but you've seen the signs of protest in America (NY) and even in London were 'masked' Muslims abusing their free speech touting signs and vocally saying 'Death to the non-believers' 'You will all be Muslim, or you will all be dead'. Sorry, but I take offense to that and to think sticking another large religious structure that secretly supports it in the center were there fellow Muslim believers murdered so many without any remorse, is adding insult to the injury! Build that Mosque, and promote peace between Muslims and Christians and Hebrews!...I don't care!...Just not near where the World Trade Center was! I mean, come on!...Does anyone other than Samonah (aka MJ) see the stupidity of it?

The Muslims who are saying "Death to the non-believers" are interpreting (or ignoring) the content of their religious texts to suit their own views. A man could think that he's part of an attempt to remove a great injustice by protesting against X Y and Z. This doesn't mean he's right to think so, and it doesn't mean that the teachings their religion is based on are flawed. It simply means they're douches. Douches are present in all cultures, races and religions. It just so happens that right now, the douches who say they're Muslims are the ones getting the most attention.

This all started with jerks like Bin Laden targeting Americans for having a Military presence on their land. We were not attacking their people or Muslims, just 'assisting' that particular foreign government (In his case Saudi Arabia) by monitoring their enemies or training their pilots and military.

Like you, I genuinly believe there are 'peaceful' Muslims around the world, perhaps a strong majority are, and they are wonderful people. But the focus of 'my' arguement and MY opinion (before Samonah started attacking me personally by name calling) was this 'one Mosque' that they want to build in NY. Not ALL Mosques.
We live in times when people have 'sworn' that their Muslim friend or neighbor or acquiantance was a 'great guy' or seemingly non-violent person...praying everyday, going to the Mosque, never a problem or worry, when it turns out that they were secretly harboring vengeful feelings against Americans (or Britons...guilty by association) and launched some murderous deed. Our 'Constitution' didn't protect us! Oh Nooooo, in fact, our Constitution 'enabled' this person to fly low under the radar to avoid detection because their 'rights' would have been infringed upon (thanks to Samonuh SWSF-ACLU)! Obviously, The Constitution was written LONG before this became an issue.

It's sad really, and frustrating that so many of these 'Extremist' who pervert the Koran's teachings by 'blending in' with the peaceful followers of Islam, even exist. But they do. Unless they are visibly protesting with their faces unmasked, it's difficult to find them all. They can build their Mosque, but I among many, don't want it near Ground Zero in NY City. I cannot and will not forget what happened on 9/11. You sure won't see Christians doing this crap below...

From what I understand, that is the Westboro Baptist Church. Baptist is a form of Protestantism, and Protestantism is a form of Christianity...unless you're going from a philosophical approach. I too do not view them as Christians...but THEY view themselves as Christians, which is the problem. I don't view the people in your picture as Muslims, but THEY view themselves as Muslims...
