A few questions/suggestions

Hi guys, I have a few quick questions/suggestions.

1. Can we have quick reply enabled? It would be much easier to respond to posts.
2. Can a Help/Suggestions forum be created? I don't know if this "Tech support" forum covers forum support, so a little clarification would be nice.
3. Can a portal be installed? I know some people might be against it, but it does add a nice feel to the forum.
