Laptop taking long time to start?

It basically is a program that shows you what programs are used in your boot and lets you either
1. Disables them until after your boot is done
2. Pauses them until you want to use it
Is it me or is Windows Update a smelly poohead?

well my laptop is fine now turns out i had a glitch in my computer...stupid target
