User Groups?

I was looking at my settings and I was wondering what User Groups were.... Thanks!!

User groups show who are actually admins and who are only registered.
For example http://swgohome.com/phpBB3/memberlist.php?mode=group&g=7
In this link you see the user group "SWGO server suport" meaning that anyone in this group is a admin for the SWGO servers.
There are also other groups like "Global modernators" and "administrators" who manage this forum.
Now the most recent groups are "overlord" and "Dictator"
