It doesn't. That was a bad mistake I made with HvB1 and 2. The release date will be June 25th 2011, Saturday morning.

Most players like myself can't stand 1.3, i'm happy to hear HvB3 doesn't need it, ill be downloading it and i will post a review here(probably a necro post)

1-You get visual gliches
2-Your hud changes
3-You get more in-game lag
4-A bunch of people will acuse you of cheating, altough you aren't at least they can't say 1.3
5-A bunch of other reasons that i forgot(has been a long time since i had 1.3)
