Yep real crackers would penetrate systems high level systems for financial or other gain where hitting a game server is laughable. Drai's not even in the league of hackers/crackers just another teen having a temper tantrum and was ultimately put in his place via a phone call to his parents just like a teacher having a word with ur parents which should put this all into perspective. What he did was wrong, he got a slap for it, he apologised, people stil don't trust him, people move on, the world turns.
