Plenty of Left wing nut jobs in Congress too Mandelore. Never said I'd 'vote' for Palin...Just wish she were 'electable'. Now Romney, I'd probably vote for. But Palin accomplished far more in 2 years as Alaska's Governor, than Obama had in his time as a Senator. Can't account for her Geography woes thou.

As far as Obama 'compromising' on ANYTHING, it's because he's 'forced' to! He's been a proven Narcisstic, 'my way or the Highway' Partisan his 1st two years in office. Republicans now control the Congress. We'd have been far worse by now if they didn't Mandelore.

WD-40 wrote:I believe you just did Yan. Did you actually worship in a Mosque? Did you actually participate at Nazi Rallys or meetings? Pretty big difference of being 'related' to participants and just living in a Muslim Country, versus Obama actively participating at this wacko church Pastor's Parish, absorbing his anti-american crap while having no prblem at all continuing to be a 'Member' there.

Yes, I attended several events in Mosques, including prayer once or twice. Though I have never participated in any Nazi rally or the like, I dislike their ideology and despise their actions (both past and present). Even though I attended Muslim prayer, it doesn't automatically mean I'm a Muslim or believe part of the Qur'an/faith. I also attended prayers in Synagogues and several Churches of different Groups of Christianity like the Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant Church. Does that make me a Christian or that I believe in the religion (even slightly)?
One can go to a church and listen to the Pastor, but that doesn't necessarily mean than one would believe 100% of what he said or even anything at all. That is what I was trying to get across, Obama may have attended the Church but that doesn't mean he has the same views as the Pastor. He also publicly resigned his membership in the Church in 2008. That is what I meant with generalization.
Hope that clears it. :punk:

Cheers

I get your point Yan, but Obama went to this church, led by the same Pastor, listening to his sermons for 20 years!
Now, that's considered influence, and is a big difference compared to the few Mosque visits you had...or anyone else going to a church.

You're right, because the party of no has done such a great job compromising. And you forget, he doesn't have to compromise [poo]. He could have taken a stand, like many democrats have, against cutting the entitlement programs, but he didn't. I forget who on the Republican party proposed the plan to bypass the Republicans, but Odin bless him!

Edit: And as for the religion thing, you're all a little off your nut with that stuff. Just different shades of the same insanity. :)

We could easily say the same about you Europeans who arrogantly think they know all about the U.S., it's people and it's government. Reading your Liberal Rags over there in isolation doesn't count. Yet, it appears, you all have the same types of problems, ignore they exist and fingerpoint at us as if we're beneath you. You are no better than we, and your continuing left turning opinions are laughable! We all differ, have opinions, and A-Holes like Mandalore just launch personal attacks. So I have concluded, that it is pointless to argue American politics with Europeans, as it is the other way around.

Born and raised, baby.

By the way, what is it with people thinking every single "liberal" living in the world resides in Europe and/or Canada?

Edit: By the way, when I say hard core right wing nut jobs, I mean the guys who still think full equality for the human race within America is unacceptable. I have no issues with the Death Penalty (Which I support) and economically they do have some points, even though I'm moderate within that sphere. And some of the things you hear out of them about turning America into a theocracy, scary [poo]. And the far left, Jesus, don't get me started on them with their entitlement programs.
