I used to have a thing (program) that would switch between 1.0 and 1.1 . If that's still available you should grab it.
Once in a while I would go back there and be the no name bastard I kick off our servers. I think jamwin may have partaken in an excursion or two with me there.

I gave it a try, but it's full of just German servers. It would be better to buy it then play with loads of lagg in German servers
