Well thats comforting. The bottom part of my state has mandatory evacuation. But im pretty much as far away from the shore as possible in NJ, so i think i'll be fine.

I'm home but living in the zone of Amerucas WORST performing utility company (Pepco) im bound to have power outages. Hopefully I'll have some extra time to do school work. As much as I want to see everyone at school and I'm dying to know my schedule.. I'd rather have a few days for extra work :) Be happy you dont live in Pepco land. Were not even going to be hit hard and they already robo called us warning us about wide-spread outages....

I love Pepco......

Hope to talk to everyone while I still have power,
KT

Still... I'd rather have a hurricane than be hit by an Earthquake, a Tsunami or a Tornado. Yes, I experienced all of them...
Funny thing is (if you can call it that) is that the most deaths occur after the Hurricane has left. Many of the deaths were due to people walking onto puddles that had power cables laying by the puddles in FL around 2008-2009.

Cheers

Agreed.
Some of the tracks said it might come a bit westward. In that case, it'll blow right through Washington, D.C. I really hope that doesn't happen. Most of the tracks indicate it'll nail Boston. And for all those guys up there, good luck to ya.

No. One does not love Pepco, KT. My only hope is they can get it up reasonably fast, instead of making us wait 5 days in my neighborhood(like the snowstorms last year). THAT is just outrageous.

P.S. Sorry about the double post

I know I can. I wouldn't worry.
