Didn't need a 'doctors' advice on how to do it either.

I'm left-handed and I have the same problem with my left wrist. Having to write loads of documents by hand is a real drag, isn't it?

We do a unit of weight room in gym but I can't do anything involving my legs because of knee problems, I tend to play alot of sports but my arms aren't that strong. Softball is my upper arm workout, and soccer my legs. I guess basketball could count as both... Volley ball arms, field legs. Idk, my left arm is weaker than my right arm due to surgery, but only my brother works out regularly.

I need to gain some more upper arm strength for softball... Anyone have some good ideas?

Do some push ups for a start, then you should do some arm curls. Some pull ups/chin-ups too.

You'll want to do some work on the pec deck. If you're pitching, then that will give you better rotation, from what I know at least. I've never really been a pitcher, so that kinda stuff isn't my expertise at all.

And to add on to Kren's ab workouts, there are things called Phase Situps that are pretty damn great. Not sure if I was just taught a different name but the same work out, or if it actually is something different.

Basically, you start out at 1, which is shoulder blades above the ground and nothing else. After hanging there for a few seconds, you move to 2, which is just hanging there in the middle, not quite sitting up but not lying down either. Then after a few more seconds, you head to 3, which is fully sitting and the rest position, then move back down to 1.

That's one full rep. It's a hell of a workout on the abs. Once you can do 10 without a problem, I suggest adding on weight instead of just doing more reps. Anyway, that's about all I have to say that Kren hasn't.

Thanks Agent and [m'kay]. To answer your question, I am a pitcher so I'll look into that! Thanks again! :)

I max out a 225 benching and I can squat 300 on a good day.

Nice job on the bench, man. I only recently got my max up there, been doing a lot of high rep benches. It feels so good to be able to do 3 sets of 20 at 135.
