On another note, some of you may remember that I'm involved in a big lawsuit against the CPD and the city for what they did to us the day the Iraq war started back in 2003.

We filed the lawsuit in April of 2003, we are going to trial January 2012. Nine years we've been working, deposing, motioning, etc. I'm on of the named plaintiffs so I'll be taking time off work to testify.

They tried counter-suing me and 18 others for $900,000 but it got tossed out.

9 years is a long time! I have seen some feet dragging but man that takes the cake! At this rate you will have one foot in the ground if the case makes it to the supremeies.

Well, if this were a serious protest, you'd see this happening in Chicago (as it happened in NYC on Wall Street)!

That's if they sued for money, most government suits are about getting them to do something they should have already been doing.
