Ranking system...

Hello comrades,
I have a suugestion that we should try to have a ranking system in SWGO. Another clan, IGF, has this system and it makes the clan get bigger and organizied. If we think about the idea, can I have dibs on Lieutenant General??

I endorse this proposal almost whole-heartedly! I think it would be a nice idea.

The only concerns I would have are:

(1) Some people might feel sad and left-out if hey remain a low-rank for a while
(2) It creates a lot of friction between members. This community might then be turned into an anarchy with everyone vying for the top position.

My reasons for supporting this measure:

(1) Creates healthy competition between friendly people
(2) Motivates members to be active in their community

IF we do adopt this idea:
(1) Matt-Chicago-- General of the Army*
(2) Senior Admins, respected by all (this would require a vote)-- 1-4 Star Generals*
(3) Medium Admins (again, a vote)-- Brigadier General, Major general, or Lieutenant General*
(4) Lesser Admins (again, again, a vote)-- Lieutenant Colonel or Colonel*
(5) Respected Community Members (Including me! :D)-- Captain or Major*
(6) Moderately Respected Members-- Second Lieutenant and Lieutenant*
(7) Lesser Community Members-- Corporal or Sergeant*
(8) N00bs-- Private or Private First-Class*

*Or whatever we decide to call the ranks

Gee…I always wanted to be called 'General WD'!…I feel so giddy inside just thinking about it!

1 to 4 Star Generals are 1-Brigadier General, 2-Major General, 3-Lieutenant General and 4-General. Therefore, 'Medium' Admins will need to be referred to as 'Wannabe Generals'.
