Hello this is Kain.
While I was playing (SWGO)Hero Assault i was unessesarily kicked.
Here's my story:
I was villains and i got outta vill base (bar) and went on roof while I was on the "roof i saw someone [GFAQ]^imaim^ (I think the admin who booted me)and from my point of view it looked like he was getting killed (idn if he was) so instinctively i pushed and I tried not to TK him but they were in a corner which would be rly hard to get him out of. So i accidentaly killed him. After I said srry immediatly. Then I was booted for excessive kill-stealing. But we had only started the game and never ksed.Maybe that time idn. I feel it was more a personal reason that imaim kicked me but I dont know any reason why he should have kicked me.
Hope you take this in consideration. And I would like to hear an other side of the story.

Kain, I was there too. You and Imaim had a simultaneous kill (attacked at the same time) and you accused him of ks. Then you intentional began to ks him to retaliate. Not cool. He gave you plenty of warning.

Kain, correct me if I'm wrong , but you are GMRZ admin, right ?

First - I trust MD story, so I assume you knew why were you kicked.
It is very pitiful for a fellow community admin to came here, flat out lie to us and complain after he was in wrong.
And because I know your leader reads our forums too, an apology about how GMRZ admins act on our servers will be very welcome.

I haven't been able to make it to the site in a couple of weeks; but as I was playing tonight, after Kain was kicked, I had a feeling he would come here to complain based off of the way he was acting oblivious to his in-game activity.

Here's what happend in it's simplest form:

1. We simultaniously went after the same kill (pushed at the same time). My push came in slightly after, so he went flying as well.
2. Seconds later, as I was killing another in mid-combo, he pushed us from behind and KS'd in retaliation to point #1.
3. We both accused each other, I explained point #1 above to him and told him to stop.
4. Next game, we were on opposing teams and he ks'd me twice from his teammates. After the 2nd time, I called him out on it. He denied it and said he doesn't KS, and I explained I was the one he killed as he KS'd an Aayla while he was a Yoda. The Aayla pulled me to her and, as she started her attack, Kain pulled me off of her and killed me. I explained this to Kain and also sent a warning through. He acted as if he had no idea why he was warned, so I explained it to him. He still denied KS'ing.
5. Next game, we were on the same team again. While I was Grevious in mid-mash on someone outside of the cantina, he pushed us from above as Maul and killed us both.

I had a feeling that, b/c he kept denying his actions, he would come and post here. Thanks for backing up the story, poppa.

In reply to imaim's story:

1. If I remember correctly i pushed and opponent but he hit the pole so pushed again and imeditaly after that i was pushed. I didn't die for in anger i pushed him and took his kill but that was it. I do admit i did take his kill after he took mine.
2.I remeber the alaya thing but i pulled you first or pushed i forget. then you were pulled away from me so i just you back not wanting my kill taken away from me. I dont remember the other ks. It could have happend I don't deny that but if I did it was probably cause I was a mad after being tked 5 times.
3. and your last point on the grev. I had already said I didn't mean to I thought you were being killed it was more instinct and I tried not to kill you i swear.

In conclusion i do admit I prob ksed a few but in the spam of like 4 games and no one here can say they don't ks

I am sorry, but what is this thread about? Admin Abuse? I have seen no proof of admin abuse. Kain, you come here and accuse someone of admin abuse with no proof? Screen shots? Video? Witnesses? Hell, I would even accept a dirty limerick. But you got nothing. Whereas Imaim has stated his case, which was backed up by MD as a witness. Sounds like you were pushing for a reaction and you got it. A kick? Really? Maybe you should take some lessons from Shuless Joe.
