Actually it is... Many can say that the overall theme of the Bible is that it is the vindication of God’s right to rule mankind and the realization of his loving purpose by means of his Kingdom. In this way it is completely harmonious from star to finish.

It answers the question raised in the Garden of Eden, by Satan the Devil who made the claim to Eve that God was withholding from humans and was not justified in ruling. Throughout the bible there are examples such as the nation of Israel who had Jehovah God's blessing, it showed what protection they enjoyed when they remained close to God, and the consequences when they left off following him. In the bible God gave laws to the Isrealites, laws that reflected his love for them, showed his wisdom (many of the laws on cleanliness were ahead of the time) and displayed his sense of justice which was perfect.
