I've always found Grievous to be the quickest. He seems to be able to remove wooks from the glitch with even just a basic attack.

All jedi characters can clear any rotating body glitch.

The fastest way I've used is to act like you're juggling it with Maul. Get in front of it, look up, and back slash a few times and it should come right out.
