Unless you know the user's Alias in the Forum or XFire name or in other such programs, then it's not possible.
If you're lucky you can ask the User in-game how to contact hi/her directly, but could be unlikely.

No, he set up the [NNA] Recruiting server for courage. Courage owned the server. But mostimpressive played a trick on us and changed all the admin codes; we have no way to log in as admin!

No hobo, u wish. Pepsi and I need him Cuz he set up our friends clan server but when pepsi and I were trying to access the admin loving it wouldn't log us in. So mostimpressive either messed up or tricked us. :-|
