Lets clarify here. I couldn't find the NYT article referenced, but the movie absolutely does not have an all black cast. Its a movie about black fighter pilots in WW2.
Obviously, the major characters in the movie are black, but (and I don't know who these guys are) if Lee Tergeson, Josh Dallas, Rick Otto, Todd Detwiler, and Michael Dixon (among others) are black then I am too.
Now im no mathemetician, but whitefolks in the film cannot equate to an all black cast.

Perhaps the fact that it was geared towards a certain minority class? Regardless, I hope that wasn't the case here...it really saddens me that we have not progressed as a nation towards equality. But, we weren't there to say that they definetly refused to finance it because it was made for a certain audience. Just hoping that what I read earlier in this forum is not accurate.

George Lucas is only the founder and chairman, he doesn't make the decision which games are made. But I guess you're just too uneducated to know that, I don't blame you.

I think that 'every' decision involving the basic production idea, and certainly the final release of 'any' Star Wars product has to be run by George Lucas first. He holds 'all' the rights, and therefore, holds all the power. He can, if he so chooses to, release some limited authority to another he trusts, but not without some contract agreement. Most of his income, comes from the Star Wars franchise...(along with THX and other effects companies), so he's not going to just let someone else determine the direction or fate of his Golden Goose without his oversight.

When did he say LA is never releasing any game ever again? So LA is just going to be shut down now? That's what would happen if Panama's logic was reality, which thank god it isn't.
