No. You'd need to make a new character on the new server you want to go to.

However...

SWTOR Q&A April 2th wrote:Arymono: When will character transfers be available for everybody?

Dallas Dickinson (Senior Producer, Live Services): We will be rolling out our Character Transfer Service in early summer. First we’ll have some targeted free transfers from/to specific servers, but that will be followed with a broader system where you can either take advantage of free promotional transfers to specific servers or paid transfers to the server of your choice. We know everyone has more questions about character transfer, and we’ll reveal more details closer to the launch date.

It looks as if character transfer will be implemented in summer. Asian and Australian players were able to transfer their characters only once when new Asian/Pacific servers were put up.

There's quite a few Beregen Colony players! I'm going to have to add you all.

Leveled 4 characters to 10-15 during the free pass weekend, all on The Red Eclipse server.

Still hessitant about subbing to the game but I quite much liked some aspects.

Currently running with a Gunslinger scounderal down the sawbones paths at level 28 and the Jedi Shadow - Lvl - 50. These are my main characters at the moment however I keep moving onto others to level them when I have the time.

When there is an option to move characters across onto servers it might be an idea to look into a server where the US/European SWGO members can reside upon (if they want to) so that our numbers populate one shard. It's just a thought to bring everyone together and obviously factor in any server side lag when deciding this.

I'm all for transferring to the same server, but there is already a LOT of ppl on the Beregen Colony server and honestly I have RL friends on here, so if you don't mind switching to this server that would be great.

They will probably merge servers before they will do character transfers, and probably won't give you a choice.
