I run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, normally 6 miles, 5 miles and 4 miles respectively. Tomorrow is Monday and my hamstring feels pretty iffy. How far do I make it? It's gonna be rough.

You make it 8 miles, finding out only afterwards that around the 4 mile mark your ACL ripped into like 42 pieces and that it will take a decade or two to put it back together. You still get mad [female dog] anyway, along with a movie deal and free pizza for the term of your recovery.

You stay home because you got too drunk to even walk 50 feet. You try to play BF2 only to realize that you never turned the computer on. You also realize that the water you are drinking came from the toilet...

You start running do a couple of miles down the road and then realise you are wearing the princess leia outfit (from Jabba's barge).

Everything feels numb now not just your tendon and there's no way to outrun the police who have been called-out by the neighbours as they mistook you for a flasher running down the street.

For starters, Hatebreed, Lamb of God, Chili Peppers & Rage against the Machine. I also enjoy streaming 99.5 the X out of Jacksonville NC.

Anyway, let's hear it for 9 miles. They weren't fast but no blow outs!! Hamstring loosened up at about the 2.5-3 mile mark. The princess Leia outfit was my motivation to not stop.

oh, 1hr 13min 37 sec, like I said, not my fastest, but it was my furthest. I'm hoping to get to the half marathon mark before the end of summer.
