You idiot. There are worse things than death. Like a slow-painful death. My grandpa smoked, and he spent the last five years of his life in horrible pain. He died from asphyxiation.

Panama, I don't see Wulfman's words as insulting, infact I completely echo his sentiments. I mean come on, thanks to cigarettes my son is down 2 grandparents... I have had to watch the slow painful death of both my husband's parents. Its not a kind way to go.

Generally we are past that Panama. This is an exception. Smoking is a bad habit to start in the first place, and I'll consider anyone who smokes to be an idiot. Plain as that.

There is a handful of subjects I adamantly speak out about. Smoking is one of them, LGBT rights are another, there's also people's freedoms on the internet (which is why I hate SOPA, PIPA, CISPA, and all that other crap). I have one exception to the "if you smoke you're an idiot" rule. If you're in the Army or Marines. That is it. I don't even think you should smoke if you're in the Navy or Air Force. This isn't WWII, being in the Navy or Air Force doesn't come with a high chance of death anymore. Smoking is a bad habit in a dozen ways over. It's not cheap, it's unhealthy for you and those around you, it's disgusting, and it's not even considered "cool" anymore.
