Postby 11_Panama_ » Thu Jun 07, 2012 11:11 pm

I need some help. My game (BF2), keeps crashing. It crashed after 3 maps..now it crashes before the first map is over. HELPPPPP. Why is it doing that and how can I fix it?

I'm assuming you restarted your computer? Refreshed the RAM?

Found out what it was. Overheating. It's been so warm here that the ambient temperature in my house is causing it to crash. I placed a fan on the side of my tower and it hasn't crashed since.

I had the exact same problem with crashing in the first game, and then realized it was overheating. I took the side panel off my tower and had a fan run on it too. In the end it turned out that my power supply was going bad. Eventually even the fan wouldn't help. I would have you power supply looked at just incase
