Thanks. I'll be on the servers again as soon as I can sit up on my own without popping a stitch :wheelchair: trust me, it'll be soon, I've got a medical leave from work for the next few weeks, I intend to burn a few of those free hours fighting Rebels and Imperials :punk:

And BTW Rest assured that when the surgery was done, the docters put me back together just the way I came in.

I guess I didn't get the joke, I thought surgery was a serious thing, you know like not a laughing matter.

Then don't participate in the conversation if you can't have a sense of humor. It could have been serious but sometimes humor lightens the mood. Try it some time you might like it.

Hey, it's all ok it was just a joke and there's nothing wrong with it, especially since the surgery is already done. I appreciate your concern but lighten up a little. I'm happy to be making jokes. Let's just move on from this now.

When you have a serious illness having a sense of humor is KEY. I know this from experience. My hubby and I make jokes constantly about me needing things like a handicapped placard, a bath bench, and especially how even through all the pains of fibromyalgia I can keep a straight face but start crying at my hair going prematurely grey.

'Hon, you got your tough girl britches on today or do you need to park in the broke [female dog] parking?"

There are days that are no joke and I don't tolerate it at all, but those days are few and far between. Today (and yesterday as well) happen to be those no joke days but I can still have the sense of humor to make this post.
