Hey Pan, you have more rocks on your side of the lake than I do. Over in Michigan, its nice and sandy :)

Looks like you had fun.

Sounded like fun Pan. It gets really hot here in Columbus sometimes. Last year was brutal. Barely left the house.

It was hard to actually "swim", that water was unbelivably cold (54 degrees). My body jolted from the shock of it. I could only run in and dive, and get the hell out, my muscles said "HEY! GET ME OUT OF HERE!" . Of course, the 90 odd degrees of the air warmed me up quick...so I had to jump in again and jump out quick. It was actually a very odd to burn then freeze within seconds. Now I'm in pain from being sunburnt, my back is and shoulders are killing me right now. I will wait another month before going swimming again in that lake. @Wulfi..what lake is that by you then? Erie? Bet that one is cold too.

Yeah, we have Lake Erie. Probably cold as all hell. At least you can swim in it nowadays, unlike 30 or so years ago. They cleaned the lake up pretty good.

I would actually like to swim at all the Great lakes. So far I've done Lake Michigan and Superior, Lake Superior was weird.....red water, I guess the lake is heavy with oxidetated(I hope that's a real word, lol) Iron, at the location I was at (by Porcupine Mt. in Upper Michigan).

Heh. Yeah, it'd be cool to visit all the lakes. The word you were looking for was "oxidized."
