I don't know. Why don't you read and find out? Or is reading large paragraphs not your thing?

I think we need to drop the debate portion of this topic and just give our whole-hearted support to mrjamwin. This happened miles within his home. He's been greatly affected by this, debating or analyzing the situation is not going to make him feel better.

Here is a source, it said the 3 month year old was reported youngest.

I concur. That's what I originally wanted anyway. But we knew it would stray that way at some point. Hopefully we can leave it behind for good.

My sympathies jamwin. I have an aunt and two grown female cousins that live near there as well.

I agree with Haas and Matthews dad. Had I been there, the outcome would be very different.

Nothing like the look on a crazy persons face when a crazier 200 pound bald guy comes flying at them with years of grief and anger on his face.

(which by the way has been happening a little too often lately.... I think I need help....)
i weep for the future

Truly, this was a horrific occurrence. Greatest sympathies to anyone involved - that being the entire nation.

I agree Shalandai; I would like to know what precipitated this attack - nothing in medical records predicts this - but indications were most likely present. If his illness had been treated earlier - this might have been avoided. Unfortunately, there are too many "what-ifs."

Despite Nite's wishes, I do have two cents to put in. I doubt that concealed carry would have alleviated the situation at all. Scared people firing randomly into the smoke? Let's contemplate the outcome - probably many more dead. Also, concealed, and even overt carry, pose a huge threat to civility. When the masses are scared, they demand what I have heard people on this thread demand - egregious exaggerations and over-corrections. If a criminal gains easy access to overt carry, the consequences could be incalculable. People must set aside their anger and grief to think clearly.

Ok, you "doubt" concealed carry would've helped? This is your assumption, not a fact, so we can toss that remark in the trash.

Scared people firing randomly into the smoke? I covered this earlier in the thread, the shooter is also in the same smoke,,,,read my earlier post.

"Let's contemplate the outcome" This is even less factual than your first sentence. If you want to play Monday morning QB, then I can do the same....had I been in that crowd with my daily carry weapon, that dude would have a hole in his head.

"If a criminal gains easy access to overt carry, the consequences could be incalculable" Don't worry, most criminals have their own version of concealed carry and guess what, they don't have to do any paperwork or pay any fees.

"People must set aside their anger and grief to think clearly" But they don't. I refer you to the wolf/sheep and sheepdog relationship. The wolves will NEVER go away. NEVER. Listen to this word......."NEVER". That's just how it is, welcome to the world.

psst..."never"
