No, because 3/4 of the budget consists of spending that nobody has to balls to cut, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP. Do you realize that by 2040 entitlement spending will outweigh our revenue, virtually bankrupting the government? That's the real issue. Not a couple billion dollars being spent here and there on law enforcement and scientific research. Yet nobody seems to grasp this concept, and instead whine and complain about the little things that amount to nothing.
And Panama, since when does being a part of the lower-middle class automatically make you an expert in the fields of government and macroeconomics?
