Dear SWGO admins,

I am not sure if I have been banned or not, however I might be. The thing is I went to join the awesome swgo server yesterday but for some reason all SWGO servers, NYC, Battle Arena and Hero Assault had disappeared. At first I thought they must be in the transition between maps, or full or something. However since yesterday I have not seen a single SWGO server in my list. The same has gone for Merc. I don't remember being banned at all, however I did leave my cousin, who is staying with us, to play on this for some time in the last few days, so it's possible he has done something to get me banned. What I don't understand is that if I was banned, I would still be able to see the SWGO server in my server list and when I click on it it would tell my that my CD key was not authorised. However, in this case all big servers have simply disappeared.

If it turns out I have been banned, please understand I will not allow my cousin to play swbf2 again, and please may I be unbanned?

Any help as to resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated

Being banned wouldn't stop you from seeing the server list. Go into Options - Online and make sure "Search All Regions" is ticked.

I made sure that box was checked. I can't undetstand what could possibly be happening.

Have you restarted your computer?
Have you had any changes in settings to your computer since yesterday?
Is your internet connection the same as it was yesterday?

I couldn't find you on the ban list anyway. Take a look at what Bryant said: he's one of the more technical people!

If I remember correctly, you need to download the 1.1 patch in order to get all of the servers to show up on the list. Did you just install the game to your computer? This will be your solution. If not, dunno. Good luck.

I didn't think it possible that I could have been banned so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game a couple of times, even trying new cd keys from keygen. Eventually I just ordered a new game and have it now but still with a new disc the same big servers are not present.

I will defo try this 1.1 patch, - do you know where I can find that?
I'm starting to suspect though that it's an issue with my system or something, because the problem is present on the new disc too.

Also, check your "search filters" if for example you have selected to see only the "CTF" maps it could result in not being able to view any server unless they are CURRENTLY playing that map
